Antebellum Homes and Gardens
March 24 - April 5, 2008

Welcome to the annual Columbus Pilgrimage, an award-winning event that has earned the coveted reputation as one of the best and most authentic historic home tours in the South. The antebellum mansions of Columbus are impeccably maintained as resplendent as ever. Many tour homes feature re-created activities of the 1800's complete with period costumes, which add even more authenticity to this historic event. It's an experience visitors will long remember.
Driving and walking tour maps of Columbus are available at the Welcome Center located downtown at 300 Main Street. The victorian structure is also the first home of renowned playwright Tennessee Williams who won a Pulitzer Prize for A Streetcar Named Desire and Cat On A Hot Tin Roof.
